The Journey For Control

Every time I see someone new at the gym, usually overweight - this is what I think of them. They may never know how highly I regard them & their effort to make themselves better. There is no reason to be self-conscious :)

It doesn’t matter how slow you go, how much weight you lift, and how long it takes you to get there. What matters is your doing SOMETHING. A step in the right direction. And if you keep walking forward you’ll get somewhere :)

Every fitblr out there needs to read this and be inspired. This is amazing.

so as i’m scrolling through american apparel’s site wishing everything was cheaper, i stumbled upon this! i don’t know if they forgot to edit it out or if they just don’t really edit their photos but for some reason it made me happy (in an odd way)! people seem to think you need to be obese in order to have stretch marks/cellulite, but this girl right here is average size and she has them. i know a lot of companies edit things like this out because it’s not “visually appealing” but it’s nice that they didn’t because almost every girl i know has stretch marks or cellulite! they don’t make you disgusting, fat, gross or anything else horrible! it makes you human.

this makes me happy

hope! :)

^^agreed with all of the above

Doing jump rope for 2-5 minutes a day could: Improve your stamina, flexibility, co-ordination, balance, rhythm and symmetry. It builds up and tones your thighs, calves, hips and booty! It also increases levels of calcium, preventing osteoporosis! Skipping burns about 200 calories in just fifteen minutes!

Love it!

Everyone starts somewhere, it is NEVER too late to start, and ANYONE can work towards change if you want it bad enough.

work it girl!

This is why I love the fitblr community. Most people would see this gif and find something mean to say about it. But we see hope and determination. So wonderful and positive

This is why I love the fitblr community.
